DEPARTURE:
We recommend that you leave for the airport early enough to arrive at least one hour before your flight departure. Holiday
travel will require more time.
We cannot be responsible for any traffic delays, road construction and/or conditions or any circumstance beyond our control.
LUGGAGE:Two
suitcases (not exceeding 100 pounds) and one small carry-on per person. We are not responsible for items left on the shuttle. Baggage
liability - no claim in excess of $100.
MINORS:Anyone under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Car seats are required by Arizona
law for small children who are being transported.
RESERVATIONS:Required.
PASSENGER/AIRLINE DELAYS:The Extra Mile Express
cannot be held responsible for airline delays or passenger itinerary changes which result in a postponement of an hour or more of
scheduled pick-up time. If this should occur, the passenger(s) reservation will be re-scheduled for the next available shuttle subject
to passenger(s) confirmation.
