We recommend that you leave for the airport early enough to arrive at least one hour before your flight departure. Holiday travel will require more time.
LUGGAGE:
Two suitcases (not exceeding 100 pounds) and one small carry-on per person. We are not responsible for items left on the shuttle. Baggage liability - no claim in excess of $100.
MINORS:
Anyone under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Car seats are required by Arizona law for small children who are being transported.
RESERVATIONS:

PASSENGER/AIRLINE DELAYS:
The Extra Mile Express cannot be held responsible for airline delays or passenger itinerary changes which result in a postponement of an hour or more of scheduled pick-up time. If this should occur, the passenger(s) reservation will be re-scheduled for the next available shuttle subject to passenger(s) confirmation.
