Where do I meet you at the airport?
We meet you in the baggage claim area. Our driver will have a signboard with your last name.

How soon do I need to make reservations?
It is strongly suggested that you make reservations as far in as advance as travel plans allow, particularly during heavy travel times such as holidays and Northern Arizona's "high season." *

Reservations need to be made a minimum of the day before pick up. Reservations made the same day will be at driver availability.

How much luggage can I take?
Each passenger may take two bags and a carry-on (not exceeding 100 pounds)

Are you always on time?
On occasion, accidents on I-17 (the only route between Phoenix and Sedona) can cause delays. If such an event should occur, we will do our best to contact you via cell phone or have you paged in the baggage claim area to inform you of any delays.

Do you provide service on holidays?
The Extra Mile Express Shuttle does provide limited service on holidays.
  • New Years Eve Day until noon (not on New Years Day)
  • Christmas Eve Day until noon (not on Christmas Day)
  • Not on Thanksgiving Day
